- Tesla CEO Elon Musk slammed with new class action lawsuits: A US citizen, Keith Johnson lodged the suit against Musk and his business Tesla and SpaceX on behalf of himself and those similarly situated in the Southern District of New York today.
Johnson alleged Musk's tweets and public messages drove a significant price spike in DOGE and encouraged people to invest constituting cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme.
You will recall that the Anonymous group threatened Elon Musk about this action a year ago.
